Cancellation & Return Policy:

Returns: The GatorStep brand thrives on unrivaled customization and creating a product that is tailored and unique to your brand. Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns.  If upon receiving your GatorStep order you find your product is defective or was not produced as approved on your final digital art proof, submit a warranty claim at https://gatorstep.com/warranty. After reviewing your claim, our warranty department will contact you to discuss replacement options. If you are unhappy with your GatorStep purchase for any other reason, contact our customer service department at [email protected] to discuss your options.

Cancellation: Because of the custom nature and costs incurred as soon as we begin a project, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Within 2 Business Days, but before the Art Proof has been approved by you:

Free cancellation/100% refund for all orders cancelled within 2 business days – just email us at [email protected] or call us at (800)603-5246 with your order number handy.

After 2 Business Days, but before the Art Proof has been approved by you:

If you cancel before you have approved an Art Proof (which would trigger the order to go to production), there is a 10% cancellation fee that will be deducted from your refund. But – there’s good news! If you make a new order within 18 months and provide us with the prior order information, we will apply the cancellation fee as a discount* off your new order total.

*Cancellation Fee Discount – Order/Art Proof must be approved within 18 months from cancellation, good for application to a single order only, cannot be applied to tax/shipping charges, not transferable.

After you have approved your Art Proof:

We can not cancel or refund any order after you have approved the Art Proof as this is the final step that triggers production of the materials and products.
